UK, 1-3 working days 1st class royal mail shipping
France, Germany, Italy, Spain . 3-7 working days royal mail (tracking & no tracking options)
Rest of EU - 7 - 10 working days (tracking only)
US 5 -10 working days - (tracking & no tracking options)
Rest of the world - 7 - 14 days
If you have not received your order within allocated time frame please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject of the email and we will look into this immediately.
Returns (you have 14 days return)
Customer service is extremely important to us and we take pride in our high quality products so we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
We ensure all our lashes are checked for quality before shipping and for hygiene purposes we do not accept returns. On the rare occasion that you may not be satisfied with your Luxilash products, please contact us immediately at: info@Luxilash.com with your order number included in the subject of your message so that we can look into this and use our best endeavours to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
All sales are final however, returns requested within 14 days of the purchase will be eligible for an exchange if unused in the sealed original condition and packaging, with the invoice. Please note that customers requesting exchange will be eligible for shipping costs on the returned items and should provide tracking as we will not be responsible for any products lost in transit.
